Crown & Palm Group is hiring an Event Staff member for an immediate start in Miami. This entry-level role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment. You will support promotional events, engage directly with customers, and contribute to sales initiatives while representing client brands with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands during promotional events and customer engagement activities
- Support customer acquisition and sales initiatives during live events
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and daily event operations
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for customers
- Help achieve individual and team sales objectives
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
- Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure successful event execution
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, retail,or events is helpful but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
