Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, brand representation, campaign execution, and business development. No prior experience is required, omprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of customer acquisition and brand engagement campaigns
- Represent client brands professionally during in-person promotional activities
- Engage directly with customers to provide product and service information
- Help coordinate marketing events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
- Support campaign planning and daily operational activities
- Build positive relationships with customers and maintain brand standards
- Track campaign performance and provide feedback to leadership teams
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and growth objectives
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
